@Jim-Grosso Sorry about the delay in responding to this as I was traveling and am just getting back.
I just tried to test the same thing myself and don't get an error, so there must be something different with your setup that we'll have to figure out.
Can you do a JSON export of contacts? Or Preview?
Can you do a CSV or JSON export of the other post types?
I see you have a limit of 700 set. If you decrease that to something smaller like 100 or 10, does it work then?
Can you go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=dt_utilities&tab=logs to look at the error logs and share any that show up in the time frame when you tried to do an export and got an error?
I suspect there might be some customizations to contacts that you've implemented on your site that could be causing me to not experience the same issue as you are. Could you go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=dt_utilities&tab=exports and create an export of your site configuration and send it to me? This file doesn't have any actual contact data - it just defines the structure of the data in your system so that I can try to duplicate that structure and see if it could be the source of the issue. You can email that to me if you don't want to post it here on the forum at cairocoder01 [at] gmail.
And I don't doubt that this was somehow on my end, only that I haven't been able to isolate the issue. Cleared cache, and tried on multiple machines, multiple browsers, multiple word press installs - endless spinner on all.
Hey @tdhfox21, welcome!
Just to confirm, are you using and tracking attendance via the "Meetings" plugin?
That reporting question sounds like an interesting question to wrestle. I think you are right that the current implementation doesn't yet have a report for that.
@Shawn-Walden Thanks for reaching out.
You should be able to see your groups and who is in them by clicking on the "Plans" button on your contact record

I don't think it's possible to make manual edits at the moment though via the coaching portal.
What kind of issues are your users having joining the groups?
Blessings,
Hey @Suzette-Sutton, great question.
It looks like you also asked this here too: https://community.disciple.tools/topic/139/auto-email. I'll answer there.
For information, currently everything in Disciple.Tools is free and open source. Everything we build you can use for free. And everything the community builds and shares as well.
@CairoCoder Great questions!
Security and privacy come first and will be part of the conversations all the way through.
The plan in to start playing with AI in a separate plugin.
When the plugin is installed and activated an API key will be needed to enable any AI features.
We'll be building out in a way that any of the AI services could be used. Those who want to enable AI features will have to choose which one they want.
The current big options (OpenAI and Anthropic) are powerful, but we do NOT recommend them for privacy concerns.
The most secure option would be a self hosted AI server. This will only be a good option for those with a lot of resources and tech knowledge.
We're testing and will offer a recommendation of a service (or a couple services) that are secure and focus on privacy.
TL;DR AI features will be opt in.
Hey @John-Komba,
The mobile app has fallen a bit behind Disciple.Tools in development. At this point we'd suggest simply using the website if the mobile app doesn't work for what you and your team will need currently.
Hi friends, The objective of the contact update notifications is that the project/team is reminding the assigned user (record owner/responsible user) to keep progressing with the contacts assigned for them to steward.
Therefore, the update trigger timing is based off the contact status. The update needed is reset by comments from the assigned/responsible user or status change. It can be overridden with a trigger a the top of the contact record. Other users (digital responders and dispatchers) frequently add details to the conversation without actually being a substantial progress update and therefore do not automatically reset the update needed trigger.
All of these settings can be tweaked or completely turned off in the Admin > Settings (D.T) > General Settings tab > Update Needed Triggers section. There is a tick box to enable/disable the update needed notifications and the timing and text of the individual notifications are set within that section.
Hi @CoHo-redemptionpoint,
My guess is that yes it will work.
DT also has a way to do it natively with some setup. See
