Where are the reports?

I've plugged in a bunch of our house churches, and their contacts, I've created meetings and logged the attendance to those meetings. But where is the reporting?
I want to get a report like "Who has not been at a meeting in the past 3 weeks?" I would've thought that for a discipleship management package, something like reporting attendance to training would be native? -
