@Hillbilly correction, the slack I seem to be a part of is not disciple.tools. Haha, this is maybe my second time trying to use Slack? How can I join that slack? Disciple.tools? Thanks.

Hey @Susan, Great question! Here are some initial thoughts. The closest currently would be the quick actions: [image: 1709276803651-8a312111-5281-4034-9963-0bee34eaf791-image.png] They can be clicked multiple times and keep and keep a count: [image: 1709276836846-4c23b973-7d05-46f5-98f1-ecc290f74485-image.png] More quick actions can be added in WP Admin > Settings (D.T) > Custom Lists > Quick Actions. 2 other possible paths: The share app, a user can track when and where they share: https://disciple.tools/plugins/share-app/ The lead lag plugin. Send an email to each user each week asking them to fill out a form which populates "report" records. This one is a bit more complex to set up. https://disciple.tools/plugins/survey-collection/ building a "count" field that acts like the quick actions.

Hey @D_in_Pittsburgh, Tell us more of your use case. The prayer fuel helps those who sign up to know how to pray and what they should be praying for. Have a look at https://110cities.pray4movement.org/. It is a good example of a non ramadan campaign using the prayer fuel.

Hey @D_in_Pittsburgh, Great Question! You have 2 options. Have a whole wordpress install set up with D.T and the campaigns plugin. Install the campaigns plugin on your public facing website and and user the campaign you create on: https://campaigns.pray4movement.org/ Here are instructions on how to do that one: https://pray4movement.org/docs/how-to-setup-a-prayer-campaign-on-your-wordpress-site/ More on the widget types: https://pray4movement.org/docs/how-to-add-campaign-widgets-to-your-site/

@AJ So the validation for a User comes from the fact that this is a WP user which requires an email address. Instead of a fake email address, @Corsac suggested the better workaround of setting up a single Gmail address and then establishing Aliases in Gmail for each of the Multipliers.

@Hillbilly said in Echo Global: Echo Global is a multi-channel digital response and filtering service that many ministries use for top of funnel digital correspondence with contacts before moving to offline and distributed follow-up of contacts within Disciple.Tools. This plugin facilitates the transfer of information between Echo and Disciple.Tools. Hopefully, many will find the attached recording helpful; which provides both an overview and required setup steps for using the Echo Plugin. <<Overview Recording>> Echo API Tokens, can be sourced as follows: <<API Tokens>> More plugin documentation can be found here.

@AJ Ah, ok. It depends on the type of magic link (user vs contact-oriented). I think you're asking about the user-oriented magic link, so I'll answer it first. Because it is user based, the user can find the link in the profile settings and turn it on and off. They have to be logged in to grab it and save it, but then could use it from a non-logged in state. Disciple.Tools hasn't made this link as easily available as it utilizes the user permissions. You can access this link from the backend where you create and customize the links. Extensions (D.T) > Magic Links > Links tab: Add or select a User Contacts Update type link and then scroll down to Assigned Users and Teams and you can add the users you want here and click update and then view and copy the links. If you set them to never expire then the same link could be used continually. You can set them to refresh and come back here to grab new links, etc. Remember to balance security needs against usability needs as there are trade-offs. However, when you create a contact-oriented magic link, there is a tile added to all the contact records titled "Apps" and it has a set of five icons on it. You can go to a contact record and utilize these buttons for that contact's link to: see the magic link, i.e. go to it now and see what they will see copy the link set up a manual sending of the link to their email with a custom note give a QR code that can be scanned refresh the link if you want the old one to no longer work and issue a new one These links are more readily available to the users who can see the record as the access given through the link is only related to fields on that record which the user can already see and work with.

@Hillbilly I've seen that option - would be interested in hearing from those using that service what their experience has been - and how much it's costing them.

@selequin Your vision with Global Switchboard is wonderful and we'd love to get additional developers familiar with and up to speed on Disciple.Tools. I replied via email regarding connecting.
