Magic Link listing all contacts

I am not fully understanding how to restrict users to only groups and people under their own location. I visited the page: https://disciple.tools/user-docs/getting-started-info/roles/access-by-source/.

I watched the video on editing the roles and played with the settings trying to figure it out. Even with all of this, when I send a magic link out and the user tries to enter names into the members box for a church, they are able to see all the contacts.

How can I limit them to only see contacts in their country, state, city, or none at all?

Even, if I restrict the user to only be "Registered," they still can see the contacts when they click add a member or leader. I would like them to only have access to those assigned to them.

Hey @oneW,

Would you be able to confirm that this also happens when opening the magic link in a Private Tab or logged out first?

If you are logged in as yourself and since you have access to all contacts, then the magic link will display all the contacts.
If you log out or open the link in a private tab, you shouldn't be able to list all the contacts.

Hi, yes I tried logging out and in a private tab this and it doesn't show the contacts. Thank you!
