We are having one our D.T Facebook Integration apps being notified that it needs to pass a Data Use Checkup or the API access will be deactivated.
"Action required: API access deactivation
The deadline for Data Use Checkup has passed. To reactivate API access for DT Croatia integration, you or another app admin must complete the checkup now to avoid any further disruption. Learn More"Anyone else run into this? I did change the App Mode from Live to Development, but the message didn't go away.!

Does this app have a need for 'advanced level access to permissions'?

Are the D.T Admin/Dispatcher/Filterer/Multipliers considered as 'Data Controllers'?
It seems like this is key in answering the questions clearly.
Definition
The data controller determines the purposes for which and the means by which personal data is processed. So, if your company/organisation decides ‘why’ and ‘how’ the personal data should be processed it is the data controller. Employees processing personal data within your organisation do so to fulfil your tasks as data controller. -
I'm pretty sure that if your app is in Development mode then it should keep on working whether or not it is activated. We have an app that is "disabled" that continues to work in development mode.
We recommend keeping the app in development mode.
If the app is published, Facebook wants to know what you will do with the data of the users who "Sign in" to your app. If you are just using this app with D.T, then you are the only one who will sign in and then question does not matter.
Maybe someone else can add clarity on the Data Controllers. I'd guess D.T Users do not count as Data Controllers

@Corsac Thanks! I was able to make sure it was not live and then stepped through the questions in a satisfactory method so that it was verified again.
What I wonder is if even a non-live app (that actually collects the data they are concerned about) will begin to be scrutinized more and more in the world of Data Controller and Data Processor as that would be an easy way to actually get personal data, yet skirt the boundaries.

I think I just tried to answer those questions as best as I could. I also made sure the app was not 'live'.
