New Plugin: Gap List in Metrics

For those tracking Gospel Saturation in your context and wanting to see a list or map of where Kingdom activity is NOT happening yet (so you can prioritize those gaps), this plugin will help you.
This plugin adds a Gap Map and Gap List to the Project Metrics. It is mostly a copy of the Hover Map and Locations List, but instead of highlighting activity happening, it highlights where it is NOT happening. It also adds in reporting of teams (groups of type "team") in case you have teams active in an area that are not users in your system. This way you can see where engagement is happening even if you don't see results yet in the form of contacts or groups.
