It will be nice if we can see all contacts and their connections with the users on the Administrator desktop

Hey @lbherrera! Welcome.
The contacts list will show all the contacts and the users they are assigned to.
I would love to hear more about what you are thinking.
What questions are you wondering when you are wanting this view?Example: I want to know which user is assigned the most contacts.

Hi @Corsac,
Thank you for your interest on my request. The following is a more detailed requests:
It will be nice the dashboard to show my contact and the contacts of all users load (# contacts & activity) under my supervision. This mean a Dispatcher / User Manager / can see what his Multipliers load and activity level.
It is possible not to show the users under the same list of contacts?
We are starting D.T. implementation in our ministry. So, any help is welcome.

Hey @lbherrera,
If you click the top right gear and then Users. You'll see a table with all the users.
By ordering the last 3 columns you can get an idea where users are at. Is this the information you'd like on the /dashboard page? What do you find is missing? It is possible not to show the users under the same list of contacts?
Here is an issue to track this question. It has been requested before, tho we don't have a great solution yet to fix it.

We would like to see only the contacts on the dashboard not the users. Is this possible?
-
@lbherrera to clarify.
On the dashboard does each user just see their own contacts?
Or are you wanting to see each user and all the contacts for each user?Usually the user sees their contacts by going to the /contacts page. If they are a multiplies they will only see the contacts that are assigned to them.
The dashboard is for short list and higher level summaries.I'm sorry i'm still slow to understand. Would you be able to draw or list out an example of what you would like to see on this dashboard?
