User Data Deletion Request

Getting this email from Facebook:
User Data Deletion Request
We have received data deletion requests for the user IDs associated with your apps. We have attempted to delete this data on your behalf using the app’s data deletion callback URL, but now require additional assistance from you to fully complete this data deletion request.
To ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and Section 3(d)(i) of the Platform Terms, please promptly review the list of either app-scoped or instant game IDs that you can download in your app advanced settings page and delete all records of them from your database. If you would like to opt out of these notifications in the future, please implement a valid Data Deletion Callback URL.

I downloaded the list of IDs for our app.
I could not find any of them in the facebook Data that is saved in Disciple.Tools.
Our app in dev mode, so users wouldn't be aware of it.
I'm guessing this has to do with some recent privacy policy changes in Europe.
They might be auto requesting the deletion of Data for certain users from Europe that have interacted with or messaged our Facebook pages? If these are valid requests for contacts that have been synced to D.T it would be good to delete/redact their records in D.T.
Since I didn't find the IDs in D.T i'm not yet sure how to proceed. -
@Corsac I wonder if this has to do with the recent January change related to the Facebook pixel. Just days ago we also received a message from Meta that "We're writing to inform you that at least one of the data sources sending events to your Meta Business Tool is in a category with data sharing restrictions." Jon R spoke about this in a recent podcast, episode 275.
(full text of the message I'm referring to from Meta follows)
*Meta Business Tool:
[name of pixel]: [number of pixel]Specifically, some data is now blocked in the European region and has new data sharing restrictions enabled, such as core setup and/or blocking of some standard events. The data source is in a category with restrictions because it:
Is associated with individuals with specific religious or spiritual beliefs and practices
When your data source is in a category with restrictions, performance may be affected for any ads optimising on blocked events received from affected data sources. You will also receive warnings about affected campaigns in the Ads Manager Campaigns table and when you create or edit campaigns.Review your data sources to make sure that they're in the right category. If you think that they aren't, you can ask us to review them in Events Manager.
Note: We can use the data source's category to help us determine and restrict certain kinds of information that you can share through Meta Business Tools.*

Hi @Corsac
I got the same message and my FB App (in relation with DT FB plugin) is in Test mode and I use it like that without any issue.
Similarly FB sent me a list of 4 person FB User IDs to delete from DT. I checked in DT and I didn't see any of them. This is the good news however I can't prove that I deleted them because they are not there.
I researched a bit (reading this article 1 and article 2) on how to create the Data Deletion Callback URL but I can't really make sense of everything for doing this on my own. Until now this FB app doesn't have any Data Deletion Callback URL.
In the meantime, how should I connect with FB to tell them that I don't find those 4 User IDs in DT and give a proof of this to them or to those users?
I will be really grateful for your help.
