Feedback Loop Box: from Multipliers/Responders to Content Creators/Marketers

The idea is that there is a feedback loop entry box for content, creators and marketers. Multipliers and responders would be the main one's giving input based on their experience with seekers (both online and off-line seekers).
The problem we're trying to solve is giving content creators and marketers real time information on spiritual soft points of the target people group. The more we can hear from multipliers and responders, the better our content and marketing will be.
It would be great if you could designate who would be notified (with the ability to have more than one person notified) anytime an entry is inputted into this feedback loop box. Also, we would want a running tally of comments able to be stored and easily accessible/viewed.

This could be a special comment type with additional workflows for notifications and a view to browse the feedback.
