Ability to change the prayer fuel link when self-hosting

We host our prayer campaigns on our own site, and today I noticed that a "See Prayer Fuel" button shows up after a campaign has ended. However, the link to the prayer fuel is ourpray4site.com/prayer/list, and this does not match where we put our prayer fuel. It would be great to have a way to customize this link or remove the button altogether. I'm not sure where else this link is used, but if it's used in multiple places, it would be great to be able to change the link for the prayer fuel from the campaign settings page.
